All this crap about Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John McCain is pretty much ridiculous. Let me let everyone in on a little secret: NOBODY is going to be the next big hope. NOBODY is going to fix everything in four years. Do you realize how many layers of red tape, bureaucracy, and outright bullcrap lie between a politician’s ideas and the actual implementation of those ideas? Do you REALLY think that any (and I mean ANY) of the current presidential hopefuls will really be able to reform healthcare, balance our national budget, end the War in Iraq, in FOUR YEARS???
Let me put it in perspective. I needed a $600.00 piece of software for my job. I put in a request to purchase the software, outlining the pro’s and con’s, as well as the benefits, risks and rewards. After a period of months I finally got that approved. I then had to put together a purchase order for the software. That took another couple of months. That finally got approved, and then the product finally arrived a couple of months late due to vendor issues. This is one piece of software.
In four years, they’ll do good to fix a leak in the Oval Office bathroom.
